Recent Training Sessions
Periodically, this page will
be updated with training sessions and what was accomplished during the
sessions.
Freyja's training has been a mix of fine tuning the handling and running tougher marks. With the corn down in our neighboring fields, long blinds thru the corn stubble are a staple in her training. Marks have gotten longer and through heavier cover. Training will be more focused on fine tuning upland skills in pursuit of the Upland Hunter title.
Thor has been doing a great job on marking long
singles and doubles. He's been introduced to Force to Pile and Right and Left overs. At the moment, we are progressing through Force Fetch
with him so his yard work has been reduced to some longer singles and hand-thrown doubles
Sif is progressing nicely through basic obedience and single marks.
She's been doing really well has is very quick to the mark. We anticipate her doing really well and becoming a great
duck and upland hunter.
